The Emergency Rental Assistance Fund helps with rental assistance to individuals and families experiencing extreme financial hardship caused by a severe reduction of work hours or job loss caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and Los Angeles Safer-at-Home orders. Only people living in the unincorporated communities in the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th districts.
