How to Get a COVID-19 Vaccine

The best way to register for a vaccination in your County is to visit myturn.ca.gov 

The MyTurn website will tell if you are currently eligible to receive the vaccination and if eligible, will help you schedule an appointment.

  • You are asked to pay to get the vaccine – It is free
  • Advertisements for vaccines through social media platforms, email, telephone calls, online, or from unsolicited/unknown sources.
  • People offering to sell or ship doses of the vaccine for payment.

Do not give any money or personal information to any unknown/unverified sources.

How do I get My Vaccination Record?

You can get a digital copy of your vaccination record through the State’s vaccination record portal.

You will be given a Personal Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record that includes a QR code and your vaccination dates and doses.

Digital Vaccination record can be saved to your phone’s digital wallet, or saved to your photos.

How Can I get Help with Funeral Expenses?

FEMA has a funeral assistance program that can help with funeral expenses related to COVID-19 deaths.

What do I need?

  • Expense documentation (receipts)
  • Death certificate – death must be related either directly or indirectly to COVID-19
  • Personal information documents.
