(Update) SBA Provides Relief to Small Businesses Affected by Civil Unrest

** SBA now assistance available in Sacramento, Amador, Contra Costa, El Dorado, Placer, San Joaquin, Solano, Sutter & Yolo Counties**

The SBA is offering low-interest loans to small businesses, private non-profits, homeowners and renters that were  damaged or destroyed by civil unrest that started on May 26th, 2020.

“Disaster loans up to $200,000 are available to homeowners to repair or replace damaged or destroyed real estate. Homeowners and renters are eligible for up to $40,000 to repair or replace damaged or destroyed personal property.”

Interest rates range 3% for businesses to 1.25% for homeowners and renters
